Bill Payment Program:

Three River will send out bills so you receive on or around the first.  These bills are due on the 15th.  All unpaid balances on the 16th will be considered delinquent and will be reflected on the next months bills on all balances still unpaid at the time of bill processing.  This bill will include a delinquent notice as well as a disconnect date for outstanding balances on charges that are unpaid or have not been set up on an approved payment program.

When your bill is due:

Three River Telco communication bills are due on before the 15th of the month.  To avoid late payment charges, pay your bill on or before the 15th.

Late payments:

Unfortunately, at times customers might be late in paying their communication bills.  When this happens, we urge our customers to contact us to avoid a disconnection of telephone or internet service.  We consider disconnecting our service for non-payment as a last resort and would rather work out payment arrangements.
