Paw Print’s Health Guarantee 
Paw Print Pets will guarantee your puppy for one year of age against any hereditary or congenital disorder that may interfere with the puppy’s ability to lead a normal healthy life. A puppy found to be defective must be returned to Paw Print Pets or Gina Thomson with a notarized statement from a licensed veterinarian identifying the puppy’s age, breed, and gender and stating the defect and cause of the same. Paw Print Pets is not responsible for any medical expenses or shipping expenses for the puppy after the date of purchase. However, if you decide to keep this puppy, partial refund will be considered depending on the circumstances.
In the event of a
puppy’s death, the pup must be autopsied by a licensed vet with samples taken
for analysis and/or have the puppy sent to a major university for posting. Upon a notarized statement from the licensed
vet or university, a puppy of equal value will be provided of the same breed
and gender or a refund of the purchase price, providing the puppy has not been
exposed to rabies, accidentally injured, or mistreated in any way as to result
in permanent disability. Shipping costs
for the replacement puppy shall be the buyer’s expense. Paw Print Pets reserves the right to have
the puppy inspected or posted by a veterinarian of our choice.
Death or injury caused by Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility and no refund will be given as the
buyer has been fore told about this condition.
Also any injuries obtained after the date of purchase shall be the
buyer’s expense. Injuries include
accidents, abuse, neglect, ect…
Paw Print Pets will guarantee your puppy for ten days for the following
parvovirus, distemper, hepititas, parainfluenza, and leptospirosis. The buyer is solely responsible for the
follow up vaccinations and worming. A
schedule has been provided to you from Paw Print Pets of the vaccinations,
wormings, and dates the puppy had previously.
We recommend that you follow our schedule or your vet’s to keep your
puppy current on it’s health care. If
your puppy acquires any of these within the ten days after purchase then we
will replace the puppy or refund with the same conditions stated above.
